Ingredients
- 1can (13.8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Classic Crust Pizza Crust
- 1/2lb lean ground beef
- 1 1/2cups thin strips bell pepper (yellow, red and green)
- 1/2cup thinly sliced onion
- 1/2teaspoon garlic-pepper blend
- 1can (8 oz) pizza sauce
- 1 1/2cups shredded Italian cheese blend
Instruction
- 1Heat oven to 400° F. Grease 12-inch pizza pan. Unroll dough; place in greased pan. Starting at center, press out dough to edge of pan. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until crust begins to brown.
- 2Meanwhile, in medium skillet, cook ground beef, bell peppers, onions and garlic-pepper blend over medium-high heat until beef is thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain.
- 3Spread pizza sauce over crust. Top with beef mixture and cheese. Bake an additional 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
