INGREDIENTS  

  • For The Patties:
  • Paneer-200 gm
  • Maida – 1 tsp
  • Sooji – 1 tsp
  • Cardamom Powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Oil
  • For The Milk:
  • Milk – 500 ml
  • Condensed Milk – 3-4 tbs
  • Pistachios – 1 tbs
  • Saffron a pinch

INSTRUCTIONS 

Step 1: For The Patties:

Step 2: Mix together paneer, maida, sooji and cardamom powder and knead to form a soft dough.

Step 3: Divide it into 9 equal portions and shape each into a ball.

Step 4: Flatten them to form patties.

Step 5: Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the patties until golden.

Step 6: For The Milk:

Step 7: At the same time, bring milk to boil in another pan.

Step 8: Allow it to boil until it reduces to half.

Step 9: Add in condensed milk and boil for two more minutes and remove from stove.

Step 10: Add the paneer patties and let it soak until it cools down completely.

Step 11: Cover and refrigerate for an hour or two.

Step 12: While serving garnish with sliced pistachios and saffron.
