Ingredients
- 12 large hard boiled eggs, peeled
- 4 ounces sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup salad dressing (such as Miracle Whip®) or mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped pimentos, well drained, plus more for garnish
- 1 slice cooked, crisp bacon, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill (optional)
Instruction
- Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks.
- Place yolks, cheese, salad dressing, mustard, vinegar, Worcestershire, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a food processor. Blend until mixture is smooth.
- Fold in pimentos, and scoop or pipe mixture into egg white halves.
- Garnish with pimentos, bacon, and dill, and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
