Ingredients
- 1 Cup pistachios, almonds, walnuts and cashews (in equal proportions)
- 1 cup dates (de-seeded), finely chopped
- 4 tsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pista powder (to roll)
Instruction
Step 1:Toast the nuts on a medium flame and set aside to cool.
Step 2: Microwave the dates for 30- 45 seconds to soften them a bit.
Step 3: In a processor, pulse the nuts to coarsely chop them.
Step 4: Pulse the dates with vanilla and cocoa powder till it becomes a smooth paste.
Step 5: Mix the nuts and dates till it becomes a smooth paste.
Step 6: Mix the nuts and dates till it becomes a dough, and roll it into balls.
Step 7: Roll it in the pistachio powder for the enticing green colour.
