Instant Chocolate Burfi

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ KG MANGO.
  • ½ CUP MILK POWDER
  • 2 CUP COCONUT POWDER
  • ¾ CUP SUGAR.
  • KAJU AND PISTA FOR GRNISHING

Instruction

Step 1: First of all, we take out the pulp from mango.

Step 2: Put it in Grinder.

Step 3: In this add a half cup of milk powder or corn flour.

Step 4: After this, we add ¾ cups of sugar.

Step 5: Mix it in grinder.

Step 6: To make mango burfi we Greece the plate. Before it put butter paper in it.

Step 7: Put coconut powder in pan.

Step 8: Cook for one to two minutes.

Step 9: In the second pan, we cook the ready pulp for five to seven minutes.

Step 10: In this we put coconut powder.

Step 11: We cook it for one to two minutes.

Step 12: We will take this mixture into the plate.

Step 13: Spread it with a spoon.

Step 14: Add kaju and pista.

Step 15: We leave it for two hours.

Step 16: Cut the little slices.
