Hemingway Daiquiri

Ingredients

• 2 ounces light rum
• 1/2 ounce maraschino liqueur
• 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
• 3/4 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
• 1/4 ounce simple syrup
• Lime wheel, for garnish

Instruction

Step 1: Gather the ingredients.

Step 2: In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour the rum, maraschino liqueur, and grapefruit and lime juices. Add the simple syrup if desired.

Step 3: Shake well.

Step 4: Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Step 5: Garnish with a lime wheel. Serve and enjoy.
