GRILLED TUNA WITH OLIVE RELISH

INGREDIENTS:

Olive Relish:

  • Fresh parsley (chopped) – 1 tbsp
  • Black olives (chopped) – 2-3 nos
  • Finely chopped celery – 1 tbsp
  • Clove garlic, minced – 1 small 
  • Dried oregano – ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Freshly ground pepper –  as per to taste
  • Salt to taste

Grilled tuna:

  • Tuna – 50 g
  • Ground pepper – to taste
  • Lemon wedges for garnish
  • Olive oil – ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste 

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1: To prepare ulive relish: Combine parsley, ulives, celery, garlic, oregano, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

Step 2: To grill tuna: Preheat grill to medium-high.

Step 3: Rub tuna all over with oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill the tuna until seared on both sides and just cooked through, about 4 minutes per side. Serve with Olive Relish and lemon wedges.
