Ingredients
- 1 Cup Gond
- 1 cup Wheat Flour
- 1/4 cup Almonds
- 1/4 cup Cashew Nuts
- 1 cup Makhana
- 1 Desiccated Coconut
- 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
- 1 cup Sugar Powder
- Desi Ghee
Instruction
Step 1: Heat ghee in a pan and fry the gond little by little in it. It should not remain raw from the middle, it should be completely fried and fried.
Step 2: After frying keep the gum aside. Now roast almonds, cashews and makhana one by one in a pan and let it cool down.
Step 3: Again heat a tablespoon of ghee in a pan and add wheat flour and fry it well.
Step 4: Coarsely grind almonds and cashew nuts, in the same way grind makhana.
Step 5: At the same time, crush the gum (gond) with the help of a ladle or any other thing.
Step 6: Now take gum in a bowl, add dry fruits, makhana and roasted flour, powdered sugar and cardamom powder.
Step 7: If needed, heat a spoonful of ghee and put it in it and make laddus by mixing all the things well with your hands.
