INGREDIENTS:
- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts – 50g
- Garlic [crushed] – 2 cloves
- Cider vinegar – 1 tsp
- Cumin powder – 1 tsp
- Cinnamon powder – 1 tsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, vinegar, salt, cumin, and cinnamon to make a paste.
Step 2: Marinate the chicken pieces with the above mixture.
Step 3: Place the marinated chicken in the oven and roast until the chicken becomes tender approximately about 25 to 30 minutes.
Step 4: Serve by garnishing with coriander leaves if desired.
