INGREDIENTS:
- Cod fillets – 50 g
- Low-fat cheese – 20 g
- Garlic powder – ½ tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Corn flakes – 1 tbsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 150º C.
Step 2: Crush the corn flakes into a fine texture using a rulling pin. In a medium bowl, combine the crushed corn flakes with the garlic powder, salt, and cheese.
Step 3: Cut the fish fillets into ½ to ¾ inch thick sticks.
Step 4: Lightly coat evenly with the cornflake mixture. Place onto the baking sheet and bake until gulden brown for about 10 minutes.
