INGREDIENTS:
- Fish – 50g
- Onion [chopped] – 1 tbsp
- Garam masala powder – ½ tsp
- Dried chili pepper flakes – 1 tsp
- Garlic cloves [crushed] – 1 no.
- Tomatoes [puree] – ½ cup
- Salt – as per taste
- Pepper – ½ tsp
- Lemon juice – squeeze as per taste
- Oil – 1 tsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1: Cook the fish until tender. When the fish is nearly cooked, add the onion, peppers, garam masala, garlic, and chili and stir-fry for a few minutes.
Step 2: Now add the tomatoes, salt and pepper, and a dash of lemon juice.
Step 3: Bring to the boil then simmer very slowly for an hour or so until the sauce is reduced by half to give a thick consistency and concentrated flavor.
Step 4:Serve Hot.
