FISH FINGERS

INGREDIENTS:

  • Fish fillet ( your choice ) – 50 g
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • Green chilli paste – ½ tsp
  • Red chilli powder or paprika – ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice – ½ tsp
  • Garam masala powder – ¾ tsp
  • Dried herbs or kasuri methi – 1 tsp
  • Fresh mint leaves (finely chopped) – 1 tsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Oil – ½ tsp

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1: Cut fish into 2 small pieces.

 Step 2: Marinate with red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste , kasuri methi, garam masala , salt , lemon juice and set aside for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Step 3: Add mint leaves to the marinated fish. Mix well.

Step 4:Heat the oven at 170° C, prepare a tray and grease it to prevent the fish from sticking up to it.

Step 5: Cook fish for 5-7 min or until cooked. Serve hot and enjoy.
