INGREDIENTS:
- Chickpea (soaked) – 30 g
- Oats (powdered) – 2 tsp
- Shredded chicken – 50 g
- Garlic, chopped – 2 cloves
- Onions (chopped) – 2 tsp
- Parsley – 2 tbsp
- Cumin powder – a pinch
- Coriander powder – ¼ tsp
- Chilli powder – ¼ tsp
- Oil – minimal
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1: Pat the chickpeas dry with kitchen paper. Grind into a food processor or a mixer along with the onion, garlic, parsley, spices, flour, and a little salt. Blend until a fairly smooth paste.
Step 2: Add the shredded chicken to the paste, then shape it into patties with your hands.
Step 3: Heat oil in a non-stick pan, cook well on each side until lightly gulden.
