Ingredients
- Soft Paneer – 125 gm
- Maida – 1/2 cup
- Baking Powder – 1/4 tsp
- Ghee – 1tbs
- cup Sweetened Condensed Milk – 1/2- 3/4 cup
- Oil To Deep Fry
For The Syrup
- Sugar – 1 1/2 cups
- Water – 2 cups
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Knead paneer until soft.
Step 2: Add in flour, ghee and baking powder and mix well.
Step 3: Add condensed milk little by little and knead to a soft dough.
Step 4: Divide into 15 – 18 equal portions.
Step 5: Roll them into an oblong shape.
Step 6: Heat oil on medium heat.
Step 7: Fry these paneer balls on low flame until they are golden.
Step 8: While frying the paneer balls, prepare the syrup.
Step 9: Heat together sugar and water.
Step 10: When the sugar dissolves and comes to boil, allow it to boil until the syrup is sticky.
Step 11: Remove from heat.
Step 12: Add the deep fried paneer balls into the hot syrup and let them soak for 2-3 hours.
Step 13: Remove from syrup and arrange on a plate.
Step 14: Sprinkle some chopped pistachios.
Step 15: Once cool, they will be dry to touch.
Step 16: You can serve them and enjoy!
