Butterscotch Ladoo

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg Cashew Nuts
  • 350 gm Sugar
  • 200 gm Butterscotch
  • 100 gm Almond
  • 100 gm Peshawari Pista
  • 50 gm Cold Glaze

Instruction

Step 1: First, dip half kg cashew nut in water for 20 mins. Now, take it out and form a paste to make dough out of it.

Step 2: Remove half dough and mix pista, butterscotch and almond pieces in it. Add saffron and make small balls.

Step 3: With the remaining half dough you need to cover each small ball that you made. Now, you get a stuffing of pista, butterscotch and almond covered with cashew nut dough.

Step 4: Garnish it with cold glaze and coat it with pista and almond flakes. Butterscotch ladoos are ready to serve!
