INGREDIENTS:
- Chicken breast cut into bite-sized chunks – 75 g
- Onion (minced) – 1 medium size
- Tomato puree – ¼ cup
- Garlic (minced) – 2-4 cloves
- Garam masala powder – ½ tsp
- Tandoori masala – ¼ tbsp
- Curd – ¼ cup
- Coriander leaves (chopped) – 1 tsp
- Butter – ½ tsp
- Oil – ½ tsp
- Pepper powder- as per taste
- Salt – as per taste
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
Step 2:In a cook pan, melt the butter then add onion and garlic, cook slowly until the onion caramelizes to a dark brown.
Step 3:Add tomato puree, salt and garam masala. Let it simmer for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 4: Meanwhile, toss cubed chicken breast with oil, season with tandoori masala and spread out onto a baking sheet.
Step 5: Bake for 12 minutes in an oven until the chicken is no longer pink in the center.
Step 6:Once done, add the chicken to the sauce and simmer for 5 minutes before serving.
Step 7:Garnish with coriander leaves.
