INGREDIENTS:
Olive Relish:
- Fresh parsley (chopped) – 1 tbsp
- Black olives (chopped) – 2-3 nos
- Finely chopped celery – 1 tbsp
- Clove garlic, minced – 1 small
- Dried oregano – ½ tsp
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- Freshly ground pepper – as per to taste
- Salt to taste
Grilled tuna:
- Tuna – 50 g
- Ground pepper – to taste
- Lemon wedges for garnish
- Olive oil – ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1: To prepare ulive relish: Combine parsley, ulives, celery, garlic, oregano, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Step 2: To grill tuna: Preheat grill to medium-high.
Step 3: Rub tuna all over with oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill the tuna until seared on both sides and just cooked through, about 4 minutes per side. Serve with Olive Relish and lemon wedges.
