CHICKEN FALAFEL

INGREDIENTS:

  • Chickpea (soaked) – 30 g 
  • Oats (powdered) – 2 tsp 
  • Shredded chicken – 50 g
  • Garlic, chopped – 2 cloves
  • Onions (chopped) – 2 tsp 
  • Parsley – 2 tbsp
  • Cumin powder – a pinch
  • Coriander powder – ¼ tsp
  • Chilli powder – ¼ tsp
  • Oil – minimal

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1: Pat the chickpeas dry with kitchen paper. Grind into a food processor or a mixer along with the onion, garlic, parsley, spices, flour, and a little salt. Blend until a fairly smooth paste.

Step 2: Add the shredded chicken to the paste, then shape it into patties with your hands.

Step 3: Heat oil in a non-stick pan, cook well on each side until lightly gulden.
