INGREDIENTS:
- Boneless and skinless chicken breasts [cube] – 50g
- Onion [chopped] – 1 tbsp
- Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
- Dried chili flakes – 1 tsp
- Garlic [crushed] – 2 cloves
- Tomatoes [puree] – ½ cup
- Salt – as per taste
- Pepper – 1 tsp
- Lemon juice – squeeze as per taste
- Oil – ½ tsp
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1:Cook the chicken until tender.
Step 2:When the chicken is nearly cooked, add the onion, peppers, garam masala, garlic, chili, and stir-fry for a few minutes.
Step 3:Now add the tomatoes, salt and pepper, and a dash of lemon juice.
Step 4:Bring to the boil then simmer very slowly for an hour or so until the sauce is reduced by half to give a thick consistency and concentrated flavor.
Step 5:Serve hot!
